| 产品描述 | The RMP1-14 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse PD-1 (CD279), a 50–55 kDa CD28-family receptor transiently expressed on thymocytes, activated T and B cells, and myeloid cells. PD-1 contains an ITIM motif and delivers inhibitory signals upon engagement with its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, reducing T-cell activation and promoting peripheral tolerance. PD-1 deficiency in mice leads to autoimmunity, while PD-L1 upregulation in tumors enhances resistance to CD8 T-cell–mediated killing. Blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway can inhibit tumor growth in mouse models. RMP1-14, like J43, effectively blocks PD-1 binding to both PD-L1 and PD-L2. |
