| 产品描述 | Iv0255 is an antibody that recognizes mouse CCR8, a chemokine receptor involved in recruiting and regulating immunosuppressive T cells in the tumor microenvironment. Iv0255 shows clear dose-dependent anti-tumor activity across multiple mouse models. In CD34 humanized mice, intravenous Iv0255 effectively inhibited the growth of HCC827 human lung cancer xenografts. In syngeneic models, intraperitoneal Iv0255 similarly suppressed tumor growth in both LLC lung cancer and H22 liver cancer. Higher doses consistently produced stronger tumor-volume inhibition. |
