| 产品描述 | The GK1.5 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse CD4, a 55-kDa type I membrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD4 serves as a co-receptor for the TCR in binding MHC class II and is expressed on most thymocytes, helper T cells, a subset of NK-T cells, and at lower levels on dendritic cells and macrophages. CD4 is essential for T-cell development and optimal function. GK1.5 competes with the YTS 177 and YTS 191 clones for CD4 binding. |
