| 产品描述 | 3H3 is an agonistic anti-4-1BB antibody that strongly enhances T-cell immunity. It boosts CD8+ T-cell activation, proliferation, and IFNg–mediated cytotoxicity, and also promotes NK-cell and Th1 responses. In vivo, 3H3 drives potent antitumor activity, increasing CD8+ T-cell infiltration and prolonging survival in tumor-bearing mice. Its therapeutic effect is CD8+ T-cell–dependent and supports the development of durable immune memory. |
