Gemtuzumab can be used for synthesis of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), Gemtuzumab ozogamicin . Gemtuzumab ozogamicin consists of a cytotoxic derivative of Calicheamicin (a cytotoxic antibiotic), and a monoclonal antibody. Gemtuzumab ozogamicin can be used for the research of acute myeloid leukemia. |
