| 产品描述 | CCR8, a receptor selectively expressed on activated Tregs within tumors, plays a key role in maintaining local immunosuppression. Iv0256 is a rat-reactive CCR8 antibody with improved functional potency. In CD34 humanized mice, Iv0256 markedly reduced HCC827 lung tumor growth after intravenous administration. In syngeneic LLC and H22 models, intraperitoneal Iv0256 also achieved robust tumor suppression, displaying a pronounced dose-response pattern across tested doses. |
